One of the most beautiful local campsites can be found less than an hour’s drive from West LA: Malibu Creek State Park. We are fortunate that it has a large group campsite and lucky that it was available many months ago when I booked it. You can turn all this good aura to your benefit by signing up for Pack and Troop 360’s Winter Campout scheduled for Sunday February 17th and Monday February 18th. That’s President’s Day weekend.
During our time at Malibu Creek State Park we shall eat three Kosher meals and a campfire snack. There will be plenty of Den activities, free time, pitching your tent (during daylight hours this time!), and lots more. The cost for this glorious event is $20 per person. There are Sunday only and Monday only options for $15 each per person.
This event won’t sell out as quickly as our Space Shuttle visit did but space is limited and it will fill up. Don’t delay. Use the attached form to register for your slot. The event is only two weeks away!
